As far as basic duties are concerned, you should do a good job in checking customer assets, your own market views and suggestions on customer asset allocation. We should be good at dealing with basic banking, immigration, high-end tourism, marriage and family, wealth inheritance and other related matters at home and abroad. If we can't do it before, we must do it as soon as possible. As far as their own quality is concerned, they should know the basic market trends of China, the United States, Europe and Japan every day, and pay attention to the gold, foreign exchange and commodity markets from time to time, and have their own views and logic. You should have a basic understanding of corporate business, credit business and investment banking business. Like airplanes, yachts, playing ball games, smoking cigars, eating, drinking, playing and so on. It doesn't matter, but at least you should be able to pick up a few words. Simply put, your vision and ability will unconsciously be much higher than that of ordinary bank account managers. Finally, I would like to remind you that although most banks in China have private banks, most of them have no substantive content, only a name, which is not worth mentioning. I think at least I don't want to work in our private banking department. As for the performance, I really can only say, give some credit to high-end customers, manage money at outlets, and really communicate with them about the transaction structure and understand a little. The attitude from leaders to ordinary employees is particularly arrogant, as if they are the core of the whole bank.
