(4) Work and residence permit
(1) Developers and enterprises that have obtained business licenses must apply for work and residence permits for each mechanic if they hire technicians from abroad that Ghana does not have.
(2) The employer shall submit an application for work and residence permit to FTZ Committee two months before the employee arrives in Canada, and attach the employee's health certificate.
(3) Each employee's residence permit is valid for no more than 2 years.
(4) Applicants are required to pay fees to the FTZ Committee according to the following provisions, including the handling fee for issuing residence permits by the Immigration Bureau.
