The historical origin of leaf rake
Yeer cake, also called moxa bun, was originally a traditional food of farmers in western Sichuan during the Qingming Festival. In 1940, Xindu Tianzhai Snack Restaurant carefully restructured the Ai Mo and changed its name to Yeerba. Ye'er cake is made with exquisite materials and fine craftsmanship. It has the characteristics of green color, beautiful shape, softness and refreshing taste. It is one of the famous snacks in Sichuan. Another theory is that Ye'er cake is a specialty of Huaiyuan Town, Chongzhou City, Sichuan Province, and one of the three specialties of Huaiyuan. One, the local Ye Erba produced in Huaiyuan Town generally has the best taste.
Of course, leaf rake is not unique to Chengdu. The method of leaf rake in Jianwei County, Leshan City is slightly different from that in Chengdu. Its history is older than Chengdu. It was hundreds of years ago when Huguang filled Sichuan and the first generation of immigrants began to immigrate. Now every household in Jianwei County does it before the Spring Festival. Leaf rake
