People from the above-mentioned countries who travel to Hainan with ordinary passports are received by travel agencies established in Hainan, and can enter Hainan without a visa from the ports open to the outside world and stay in the administrative area of Hainan Province for 30 days.

Third, matters needing attention

Foreigners staying in Hainan without a visa shall abide by the laws of China, and shall not stay beyond the permitted area or time. If you stay in a hotel, the hotel will check you in. If you live or stay in a residence other than a hotel, you should register with the police station of the public security organ or the service station for foreigners in your place of residence within 24 hours after you check in.

Those who stay beyond the scope or duration of their stay and fail to register their accommodation according to law shall be dealt with by the public security organs at or above the county level or the entry-exit frontier inspection organs in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration.
