(2) The transportation production service guarantee is solid and powerful. First, the passenger and cargo transportation capacity has been steadily improved. (4) The management level of the industry has been gradually improved. First, the "strong exchange of science and technology" has achieved new results. Taking the opportunity of "welcoming the national inspection", we vigorously carried out the road capacity and appearance improvement of expressways and trunk highways, which showed the good image of highways in our province and improved the operation management and service level. Third, the management of fees has been improved. The automatic license plate recognition system of expressway has been put into operation, and the toll is divided daily, and the "grey list" function of the toll system is enabled to ensure that the toll application is not missed. In the first half of the year, the toll revenue was 836,543.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.6%. Fourth, there has been a new breakthrough in management according to law. The Measures for the Administration of Waterway Traffic in Henan Province was officially promulgated and implemented on May 1, which standardized the management of navigation channels, ports, ships, traffic and safety and promoted the development of waterway traffic. Fifth, there are new measures for safety production management. The action plan of safety creation was formulated, and the responsibility of safety production management was standardized. First, the financial support is tilted. During the whole Twelfth Five-Year Plan period, the Ministry of Transport will substantially increase the subsidy for the upgrading and reconstruction of trunk highways in our province, which is twice that of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. At the same time, additional financial subsidies will be given to Sanxi Expressway in the western mountainous area, which has not been formally included in the national high-tech network. Second, key projects support the realization of expected goals. Shaying River, Huaihe River, Wohe River, Tuotuo River shipping development and construction, Zhengzhou national trunk highway logistics port and other projects are included in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of the Ministry of Transport; At the same time, the Ministry of Communications also decided to build a national regional highway traffic emergency reserve and road network coordination center in our province.
