What are the requirements for skilled immigrants in Canada?
According to this popular classification, there are two categories that can be classified into this category: FedEx entry and paramedics. Others are self-employed, mainly suitable for literary and sports people with a certain professional level. Nursing is neither "nursing" nor "nurse", which does not conform to the career planning of the vast majority of immigrants from China, so I won't say much here. Today, when we talk about "federal skilled immigrants", we will focus on FedEx entry.
There are three ways to enter the ee pool and invite "independent skilled" immigrants through the grading process.
FSW enters the swimming pool
Minimum requirements-plan to live in Canada (excluding Quebec); 10 years has more than one year paid full-time continuous experience in a certain occupation, which meets NOC 0, A and B; CLB 7 in English or French (IELTS 4-6) or above; Six scores exceeded 67.
The six scores are evaluation forms with the general characteristics of skilled immigrants, including language, education, work, age and other major indicators. General domestic undergraduate, IELTS 4, under 35 years old, 6 years working experience, spouse IELTS 4 can reach 69 points. But the point is that this score of 67 is easy to achieve, and the difficulty is whether the EE score after entering the pool can reach the invitation score of more than 440 (update: it will be more than 470 in 2020).
FST enters the pool.
The biggest advantage of federal technicians is that they don't have to cross the line after entering the pool. Judging from the current situation, the number of people entering the pool is small because of the high requirements of federal skilled workers. In recent years, the Federal Office for Migration has repeatedly invited all skilled workers in the talent pool, regardless of their scores.
Minimum requirements-2 years full-time work in mechanical industry within 5 years; Listening and speaking reach CLB5, reading and writing reach CLB4;; LMIA or mechanic qualification certificate.
CEC enters the swimming pool
The core condition of experience class is working experience in Canada, which is also the origin of its name.
Minimum requirement-1 year full-time working experience in Canada within 3 years; Encountered NOC 0, a, b; NOC 0\A class occupation needs CLB7NOC class B class occupation requirements CLB5; ;
After entering the pool, everyone is waiting for the invitation of the immigration bureau.
Then, who can have the opportunity to get more than 440 points in EE's CRS system (update: the score will be more than 470 points in 2020), so as to qualify for being invited?
Let's take singles as an example to see what are the main points of CRS scoring. (Explain here that married people in the CRS system may not get more points than single people, unless the applicant's spouse has better academic qualifications and language skills. )
First of all, look at age: 20 to 29 years old is the perfect score of 1 10, and every increase of 1 year old from 29 to 40 years old will decrease by 5 to 6 points; 40 years old is a hurdle, 4 1 year old is 1 1 minute less than 40 years old, and then every 1 year old decreases1/minute until 45 years old becomes 0. 65438+ below 08 is also 0 points.
Second, look at education: doctoral score150; Master135; Double education128; 120 for 3-year junior college or undergraduate course; 2-year junior college 98; 30 points in high school; It should be noted that the scores of academic qualifications vary greatly, because in addition to their own scores, the scores of academic qualifications will be reflected again in the following "cross-items". For example, a Canadian undergraduate, 120 academic performance, cross-education part 26 points. However, after adding a 1 year graduate thesis or college degree, the degree is divided into 128, with 50 points for the cross-disciplinary part, which adds 32 points in the whole CRS system!
At present, one of the projects we offer while working with a university degree is to help international students with insufficient ee scores to raise their scores by 32 points so that they can be invited to immigrate beyond the score line.
Third, look at the language: the gap in language performance is also quite large. IELTS 47, language score110; If you get 8 points for listening comprehension and 7 points for others, you will get 124 for Chinese. IELTS has four sixes, so the language score is only 68! 42 points short of four sevens. that this is not the important question. If the applicant only has a bachelor's degree and the language is reduced from four sevens to four sixes, the education part of the cross item will also be reduced by 12 points, and the total score in the CRS system will be reduced by 54 points.
Fourth, look at Canadian work experience: 40 points for 65,438+0 years of NOC 0\A\B work experience, and 80 points for 5 years and above. Yes, this item is the core requirement of Canadian CEC experience applicants, and it is also one of the disadvantages of FSW overseas applicants. Even if overseas applicants have 5 years of work experience, if they have no Canadian work experience, they can only get 25 points in the cross-work part; If the applicant obtains 1 year work experience in Canada, not only the work part will be increased by 40 points, but also the cross items will be increased by 25 points, totaling 65 points.
Fifth, look at the additional points: this part contains a lot of services we provide to our customers.
Provincial nomination plus 600 points (or separate approval, no need to participate in EE scoring);
LMIA plus 50~200 points (200 points for NOC 0 occupation approval and 50 points for NOC A\B occupation approval)
Canadian education plus 15~30 points (two-year junior college and below 15 points, three-year junior college and above 30 points)
Bilingual score 15~30 (French CLB7 or above can be scored, English CLB4 or below is 15, and English CLB or above is 30).
Adult lineal brothers and sisters living in Canada plus 15 points.
