How to apply for and change the residence card for studying in Spain?

The first time you study in Spain, the student visa you applied for in China is only valid for 90 days, so you have to apply for a student residence card after you arrive in Spain. Overview of the process of obtaining a residence card in Spain

Step 1: Make an appointment online, fill in personal information according to the fingerprint time.

The reservation website is: https://side.administrationpublications.gob.es/icplusteim/citar.

Open the webpage with PC, click Enter, select a region, and then click ACEPTAR to confirm. Then the following page will appear, select Politia-toma de Huella (Expedici? N DE TRAJETA), and then click ACEPTAR.

Then download and fill in the EX- 17 form on the jumped page.

Then drop down the webpage and click "Entrar". Then it will jump to the next page.

Fill in the required information (passport number, full name and nationality) on the page, and then click "Aceptar".

Complete the reservation ("sorto ar Cita") and follow the instructions on the page.

Step 2: Download and fill in the application fee form.

You need to pay a tax of 0 12 (that is, the payment slip is 790) before going to the reserved place, and the cost is 15.76 euros.

The payment form can be filled in online at https://sede.policia.gob.es/Tasa790_012/.

Fill in the personal information in the form, and click the option "Tieque Documenta la Primera Concepció n de la Authorizació n de Residencia Temporal, de Estancia o para work Bajadores transfrontizer OS". The payment method is "enefectvo" (cash payment). Leave the IBAN entry blank. Finally, click Submit. At this point, a PDF file will be generated and printed. Just pay in cash with the printed documents to the nearest bank (Santander Bank is recommended), and the bank will stamp the documents. Then put away the stamped receipt.

Step 3: Check and prepare the following documents before going to the appointment place.

Appointment receipt

Original passport, all copies with visa stamp.

Completed EX- 17 form

A letter of admission from a university or language school and its copy.

Insurance policy and its copy

Bank payment slip TASA 790 0 12, and stamped with bank seal.

Step 4: On the day of appointment, bring the above documents to the designated place to make an appointment.

Ask the doorman where to line up to tie a tie. The doorman will ask you if you have an appointment, and answer "yes" and let you in. Then queue up to submit documents and record fingerprints as required. If you can't get the card on the day of fingerprinting, it will take about 30-45 days.

Note: The concepts of Nie and Tie are easily confused, Nie: NUMERO de Identidad de Extranjeros, that is, "foreigner ID number". TIE:tarjeta de extranjero, that is, "a card with personal information such as Nie".

Replace student residence permit

According to the Spanish immigration law, the renewal period of the student residence card can be 60 days in advance, 90 days after the expiration, and the materials will be refused one day after the expiration. There is nothing magical to save, unless you return to China for a new visa, so students must not ignore it. In addition, if the academic performance is unqualified, too many students fail, the attendance rate is insufficient, and the source of life is insufficient, which are all reasons for rejection.

It should be noted that you don't need to make an online reservation to renew your stay. After you have prepared the materials, you can send them directly to the registration office.

Precautions:

1. The running water in the bank account must be remitted by China and cannot be deposited here every month (students must pay attention to this). In addition, it is guaranteed that the monthly living allowance of 533 yuan will not have any impact on the change of residence. 2. Medical insurance, you need to buy all insurance, so don't buy the most common one when you send it, and medical insurance must include Repatriación n.
