What is the most famous in Macheng, Hubei?

Macheng is also rich in tourism resources. Scenic spots, cultural relics, revolutionary sites, ancient battlefields and ancient cultural sites can be seen everywhere. There are the tombs of Wei Shangshu, a famous doctor in the Jin Dynasty, Mao Jie, and a sage in the Tang Dynasty, the Xinghua Village where Su Shi and hermits, one of the eight masters in the Tang and Song Dynasties, often meet, and the Buddhist Academy where famous thinker Li Zhi wrote books and gave lectures. Macheng is also the hometown of Shang Shu of the Ming Dynasty's official department, Liu Tianhe of the Ministry of War, Zou Pusheng of Xu Shouhui's rebel commander, and Zhou Wenjiang of the Ministry of War of Zhang Qiyi. Famous scenic spots include turtle peak rising sun, cypress autumn shade, Magu fairy cave and so on. The three major reservoirs built after liberation have beautiful lakes and mountains, and the establishment of Wunaoshan National Forest Park attracts people's attention. Jushui River, the main tributary of the Yangtze River and eastern Hubei, originated in Macheng and was built along the river. There are Dongmen Bridge, Second Bridge and Water Park in the urban area. What's more famous is that Macheng is the location of Xiaogan Township in Macheng, Huguang, the eight holy places for immigrants in the history of China, and the ancestral home of many Sichuanese and Chongqing people.
