How do China people cancel their local accounts when they settle in Taiwan Province Province?

First, I applied for an ID card in Taiwan Province Province, then I went to the Immigration Bureau to apply for a passport in Taiwan Province Province, crossed the border with my passport and the expired mainland pass, and got a one-time entry certificate at the mainland airport on arrival visa.

After that, go to the exit-entry administration where the household registration is located to apply for a certificate (you need a Taiwanese ID card, a copy of Taiwan Province household registration, a mainland ID card, a household registration book, and a mainland passport, too).

Then take this certificate to the police station to cancel the registration, and take the cancellation certificate to the local notary office for notarization.
