After the materials have passed the examination, the foreign party will interview the applicant, and the employer who does not need to interview will directly send the employment contract. The intermediary company shall go through the formalities of examination and approval by the Immigration Department for those who pass the interview or the foreign party agrees that there is no need for an interview after reviewing the materials.
