When will the resettlement house in Lishui Weicun Phase II start?

The bidding for geological survey of Weicun Phase II land resettlement community has ended, and construction will start within one year. There is still a lot of work to be done in the early stage. Following the first phase of resettlement community in Weicun, another project under construction of Lishui Liandu Rapid Relocation and Enrichment Project, Changzhai Resettlement Community, was finally officially approved for preliminary design, with 6 sets of resettlement houses/kloc-0 and 9 classes of kindergartens, with a total investment of about 637 million.

Resettlement housing construction has been one of the important livelihood projects in Lishui for a long time, which is related to the improvement of the overall appearance and quality of the city and has attracted the attention of Lishui citizens. In addition to the first-phase resettlement community in Weicun and the resettlement community in Changzhai, the Liandu project of moving to gather, enriching people and living in peace also plans to build three resettlement communities in Tang Qiu, Feng Ming and the second-phase resettlement community in Weicun.
