The notice requires strengthening the use of comprehensive quality files of high school students in recommended students, independent enrollment, comprehensive evaluation pilots, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, art and sports majors, sports training and ethnic groups. In traditional sports, higher vocational classified recruitment and other types of admissions, the results of students' comprehensive quality evaluation are used as an important reference for admissions. In addition, according to the "Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Enrollment System" and the "Ministry of Education, State Ethnic Affairs Commission, Ministry of Public Security, and State Sports General Administration, the China Science and Technology Association further reduces and standardizes the items and values ??of bonus points for the college entrance examination. According to the relevant provisions of the "Opinions", starting from January 1, 2015, national bonus points projects for sports specialties, middle school student subject Olympiads, science and technology competitions, provincial outstanding students, and those with outstanding ideological and political morals will be cancelled.
