Seventh fire rescue management and command cadres rank third and eleventh:

(a) the director, deputy director and assistant director;

(2) Commanders: senior commanders, first-class commanders, second-class commanders and third-class commanders;

(3) Commanders: first-class commanders, second-class commanders, third-class commanders and fourth-class commanders.
