(1) If a child has an ID card, it should be handled in the same way as an adult. Take the child's ID card and household registration book to the entry-exit administration office where the household registration is located.
Original and photocopy of resident ID card and residence booklet (copied on A4 paper, or copied on the same paper), and fill in the Application Form for Entry and Exit Certificate of China Citizens, and take two 2-inch color photos (or take photos at your own expense). At the same time, go to Hong Kong and Macao for endorsement respectively. If you only go to Hong Kong, you have to apply for a Hong Kong endorsement; if you only go to Macao, you have to apply for a Macao endorsement. If you go to Hong Kong and Macao, you must apply for both endorsements.
(2) If the child does not have an ID card, it is necessary to bring the child's birth certificate and household registration book to the entry-exit management office where the household registration is located.
