They have at least four 6' s in IELTS, are under 45 years old, and have an EOI score of 60.

2. 190 The state guarantees skilled immigrants.

Visa 190 requires a letter of nomination from a state. Each state has its own list of nominated occupations and its own nomination requirements. Therefore, applying for a visa 190 requires additional state nominations. If you get the nomination letter of 190, you can get 5 points in the EOI score. After obtaining the 190 permanent residence visa, you need to live in the nominating state for two years.

Applicants for the 190 visa need to meet the following conditions: their occupation is on the list of skilled immigrants STSOL or MLTSSL, they have passed the corresponding occupation assessment, IELTS has at least 4 6 language scores, they are under 45 years old, EOI scores reach 55, and they have obtained the nomination letter of 190.

3489 Ensure skilled migration in remote areas.

Visa 489 is a temporary skilled immigrant visa with a term of four years. After obtaining a visa, the applicant needs to live in a remote area with two-year guarantee and work full-time for one year (not required to be the same as the immigration assessment major), and then he can change from a temporary 489 visa to a permanent residence visa.

There are two kinds of guaranteed skilled immigrants in remote areas: 489 guaranteed skilled immigrants in remote areas and 489 sponsored immigrants by relatives in remote areas.

1) 489 state insurance in remote areas is applicable to applicants who have only 50 points or more but can't get the nomination letter of 190. If they get 489 nomination letters, they can get 10 in the EOI score, so that they can reach the qualification line of 60 points.

489 State-sponsored skilled immigrants in remote areas need to meet the following conditions: their occupation is on the list of skilled immigrants STSOL or MLTSSL, and they have at least 4 6 language scores in IELTS through corresponding occupation assessment, and they are under the age of 45, with an EOI score of 50, and they are nominated by 489 states.

2)489 sponsored immigrants from remote areas are suitable for applicants with relatives living in remote areas of Australia. Applicants who score 50 points by themselves can get 10 points after they have been sponsored by their relatives in remote areas, reaching the qualification line of 60 points.

Relatives include: (stepchildren), (stepparents), brothers and sisters (including adoption or heirs), nephews and nieces (including adoption or heirs), aunts and uncles (including adoption or heirs), (foreign) grandparents or cousins with the same (foreign) grandparents as the applicant.

The visa sponsored by relatives in remote areas should meet the following conditions: the occupation is on the MLTSSL skilled immigrants list, and the corresponding occupation assessment has been passed; the IELTS language score is at least four or six; the age is no more than 45; the EOI score reaches 50; and the relatives in remote areas sponsor 489.
