Return to Guangzhou from medium and high-risk areas

According to Guangzhou Document No. 26:

Implementation time: September 25 to October 20.

1. Implement "14-day centralized quarantine" for people coming (returning) from medium- and high-risk areas (the time is calculated from the time they leave the prefecture-level city). Nucleic acid testing will be conducted on days 1, 4, 7, 10, and 14, and double sampling and double testing will be conducted on the 14th day.

2. Persons who have come (or returned) to Guangzhou with a history of residence in medium- and high-risk areas (counties) will be subject to "14-day home quarantine" (the time will be calculated from the time they leave the prefecture-level city). Nucleic acid testing will be conducted on days 1, 4, 7, and 14, and double sampling and double testing will be conducted on the 14th day.

3. People who come (return) to Guangzhou with a history of living in local positive cases in prefecture-level cities will be given a yellow code, "two tests in three days" (an interval of 24 hours), and 14 days of home health monitoring (time Counting from the departure of local positive cases in prefecture-level cities), nucleic acid tests will be conducted on the 7th and 14th days respectively.

4. On the basis of implementing the "Four Ones" (sending health notifications, conducting health inquiries, verifying health codes, and conducting nucleic acid tests), for people coming to Guangzhou from other domestic provinces with epidemics, Add 14 days of self-health monitoring.

5. Strengthen epidemic prevention and control at transportation stations. If local epidemics occur in other domestic cities and there is an assessment of the risk of spillover, a "two-site, one-site" nucleic acid testing measure will be implemented.

Notes:

1. Self-health monitoring

If you have fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of smell (taste), diarrhea, etc. Report your health information through Yuekang code or Suikang code, and be sure to take personal protective measures such as wearing a mask, avoid taking public transportation, go to the nearest medical institution with a fever clinic (clinic) immediately, and truthfully inform the epidemic Medical history.

2. Family health monitoring

During this period, monitor body temperature and symptoms, reduce movement, take personal protection when going out, and do not participate in gathering activities.
