Third, the conversion conditions

Immigrants from non-EU countries can change their place of residence by completing one of the following studies at Italian universities (not restricted by the national immigration labor import policy):

* a three-year bachelor's degree (180 credits);

* two-year bachelor's degree (120 credits);

* Master's degree (300 credits);

* Professional study (at least 2 years);

* Doctoral degree (at least 3 years);

* First-class degree certificate of higher vocational colleges, after graduation (at least 1 year);

* A second-class degree certificate of higher vocational colleges, majors or masters after graduation (at least 1 year).

If immigrants from non-EU countries have not completed the above courses, or have completed a training or training internship course, then the application for changing residence is restricted by the quota of national immigration input method. In either case, the application for change of residence must be handled through the unified entry-exit service window to which the residence belongs.
