Book introduction-the history of American law development

The first two chapters of this book systematically describe the history of American legal development since the colonial period. Starting from the third chapter, it systematically introduces the contents of constitution, administrative law, civil and commercial law, economic law, social legislation, criminal law, procedural law, immigration law and international trade law, analyzes and evaluates various legal problems encountered by the United States at present and the countermeasures taken, and makes some predictions and prospects for the development trend of American law in some major fields. Author's Brief Introduction-History of American Legal Development

He, male,1born in March 1955, from Shanghai. 1982 1 Peking University graduated from the law department with a bachelor's degree in law; 1984 12 graduated from east China university of political science and law with a master's degree in law. Since 1984, he has been teaching at East China University of Political Science and Law, mainly engaged in the teaching and research of legal history. In the meantime, I went to the Faculty of Law of the University of Tokyo in Japan twice for further study. He is currently the vice president and professor of East China University of Political Science and Law, the academic director of china law society, the executive director of the National Foreign Legal History Research Association, and the president of the China Confucianism and Legal Culture Research Association. Enjoy special state allowance 1992. The monographs and cooperative achievements mainly include: Tokyo Trial History (1986), Handbook of New Discipline of Law (1988), New Trends of Legal Thoughts in Contemporary China (199 1 year), Research on Legal History I.
