Located in the middle and upper reaches of Hunhe River, a tributary of Liaohe River, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, 18km away from Fushun City and 68km away from Shenyang City, it is a large-scale water conservancy project with comprehensive utilization of flood control, water supply, irrigation, power generation and fish culture.
