He is a member of the 16th the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Foreign Minister of People's Republic of China (PRC), Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the 11th National People's Congress and President of the China Institute of Foreign Affairs. Not a descendant of Li Hongzhang.
