Article 6 The household registration access of the following persons shall be accepted by the municipal or county-level municipal labor and social security bureau:

(1) On-the-job employees who need to take care of their parents and spouses due to practical family difficulties, spouses who meet the conditions of moving with them, underage or unemployed unmarried children;

(two) technical and management personnel who are in urgent need of production and meet the requirements after examination;

(3) Accepting graduates from Suzhou Sheng Yuan Technical (Vocational) School in line with the graduate employment policy;

(4) Graduates from previous technical (vocational) schools are legally employed by the unit to participate in social security, medical insurance and provident fund, and they are under 30 years of age, have worked for 2 years, and have a legally fixed residence;

(five) other personnel who need the approval of the Labor and Social Security Bureau.

Article 7 The public security organs shall accept the account access of the following persons:

(1) Individuals who have invested in cities and towns with a paid-in capital of more than 6,543,800 yuan, have been legally employed for more than 3 years, or have paid taxes of more than 200,000 yuan in recent 3 years, have participated in social security for more than 3 years according to regulations, and have a legal fixed residence are allowed to move in as a whole;

(4) minor children who take refuge in their father or mother;

(5) Unemployed spouses in towns or rural areas who need refuge after marriage;

(six) parents who need to rely on their children for retirement (unemployment) in cities and towns or parents who are over 60 years old and over 50 years old in rural areas;

(7) Those who meet the requirements for parents to apply for admission and migration must apply for migration for five years with their children after moving in, and the per capita housing area and living security level after moving in are not lower than the minimum standard in Suzhou;

(eight) other personnel who need the approval of the public security organs.
