First, the real estate license processing process:

1. The person who handles the real estate license fills in the application form at the Housing Authority;

2. The personnel handling the real estate license shall submit the necessary materials such as ID card, residence booklet and application form to the housing registration department;

3. The housing management department shall review the materials submitted by the applicant, and handle and issue the real estate license if it meets the requirements.

Two, the relocation of housing should be done according to the following procedures:

1. The relocated households shall pay the deed tax or issue a deed tax reduction certificate to the Finance Bureau with the original relocation agreement, settlement bills, invoices and real estate licenses;

2. Go to the archives of the real estate trading center to open the cancellation certificate;

3. The property owner holds the identity certificate (husband and wife), the original and photocopy of the marriage certificate, and brings the following materials to the real estate window of the municipal administrative service center to pay the * * * dimensional fund and apply for the birth permit.

Article 209 The establishment, alteration, transfer and extinction of the real right of immovable property shall take effect after being registered according to law; Without registration, it will not take effect, except as otherwise provided by law.

Natural resources owned by the state according to law may not be registered.

Article 210 The registration of immovable property shall be handled by the registration institution where the immovable property is located.

The state implements a unified registration system for real estate. The scope, organization and method of unified registration shall be stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

Article 211 When applying for registration, the parties concerned shall provide the ownership certificate, real estate boundary and area and other necessary materials according to the different registered items.
