3. Guidance notes for visa office visits

Important notice: From June 1 day, the visa immigration office is open from 8: 00 am15 to 1 1:00 pm 13:00 pm to 15:00 pm.

Our office is located in the north of the Canadian Embassy in Beijing, although the north gate is diagonally opposite. The ticket number that enters the door is only issued to those who come to the visa office to handle affairs. The application form can be downloaded from the internet for free, and you don't have to come to the embassy to collect it in person. Please click here.

Office hours:

The visa office is only open from Monday to Thursday. Closed on Fridays and legal holidays.

Enquiries about the application progress: Monday to Thursday, from 8: 00 am to 15 am+0 1: 00 am, and from13: 00pm to 15:00 pm in the afternoon (if you are not an applicant, please click here).

The opening hours of the charge office of the Canadian Embassy are as follows: Monday to Thursday at 7: 30 am-10: 30 am; 65438+ 03: 00 pm-65438+05: 00 pm Friday 7: 30 am-65438+00: 30 am (please click here to apply for the acceptance fee).

Interview: The interview time is from 8: 00 a.m.15 to 10:00 a.m. from Monday to Thursday. Only when the visa officer thinks it is necessary will the interview be arranged. If you are asked to come to the embassy for an interview, please line up directly at the security checkpoint and show your interview letter to the security guard. After entering the waiting hall, please go to window 7 to get the ticket number.

All new mobile phones and other electronic equipment must go through the embassy security before entering the embassy.
