In the 14th year of Hongwu (138 1), in September, the court sent Fu Youde, a southern general, to dispatch Guo Ying, and Hu Haiyang led 50,000 troops from Yongning, Sichuan to Wusha.

/kloc-in October/February, Fu Youde conquered Uzza, built Uzza City, established Shibu as the magistrate of Uzza, transferred Yunnan as the chief secretary, and Uzza joined the Ming Dynasty.

In the fifteenth year of Hongwu (1382), in the first month, Ujave was set up and Yunnan was transferred to command the envoys.

In April, Uzza, Wumeng, Mangbu and Dongchuan Tusi rebelled, and Zhu Yuanzhang wrote to Fu Youde to suppress them.

On June 14, Zhu Yuanzhang spared Hou Wufu of Anlu and Hou Feiju of Pingliang, although Yunnan was flat. "The barbarians in Wusha, Wumeng, Dongchuan, Mangbu, Panjiang and Guansuoling were all wiped out." Fu Youde trounced Tusi Usa and beheaded more than 30,000 people.
