Looking down at the Yangtze River from Henggang, you can feel the sorrow of thousands of miles in front of Fuyuantang.

The most miserable thing is that there are no mountains to cover your eyes, and Huainan is as far as the eye can see in China.

①Jiangyin: Today it belongs to Jiangsu. Fuyuan Hall: The name of the hall is Fuyuan, which takes the meaning of "the river is far away and floats to the sky" in Su Shi's poem "A Tour to Jiangshan with Wang Shengzhi". ②Look down: look down, look down. ③Huainan refers to the land north of the Yangtze River and south of the Huaihe River in present-day Jiangsu and Anhui Provinces. The Southern Song Dynasty negotiated peace with the Jin Dynasty and designated the Huaihe River as the boundary. Therefore, when looking north from Jiangyin on the south bank of the Yangtze River to the Central Plains, one must look across from Huainan. Jimu: Exhausting one’s eyesight. Shenzhou: originally refers to the whole country.

Translation

The birds flew towards the vast and vast Central Plains, and then flew back to the south halfway through the flight. I really couldn't help but shed tears in remembering the Central Plains, so I couldn't bear to climb up Duliang Mountain and look north.
