The development of history

In the sixth year of Ding Yuan in the Western Han Dynasty (1 1 1), Yongsheng County was Suijiu County, which belonged to Yuexi County, and its capital was located in Xichang City, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, until the Eastern Han Dynasty. In the third year of Jianxing in the Shu and Han Dynasties (AD 225), the Prime Minister Zhuge Liang made a expedition to the south and set up a county, so he changed Suijiu County to Dian County, and the capital was now Dali Prefecture. In the Eastern Jin Dynasty, the famous Gufu County still belonged to Yunnan County until Liang and Chen. In the seventh year of Tang Wude (624), Secret State was established, belonging to Yaozhou Governor's Office. In the 11th year of Tang Zhenyuan (795), Nanzhao established Beihuang, later renamed Luohuang, and successively belonged to Jianchuan and Tieqiao. From the beginning of the Yuan Dynasty to the 15th year of the Yuan Dynasty (1278), Facility State (now located in Yongsheng, Huaping and some areas of Panzhihua, Sichuan) was renamed Beishengzhou in the 17th year of the Yuan Dynasty (1280), belonging to Fu Xuan Department of Lijiang Road. The origin of the name "Northern Victory" is that Kublai Khan sent troops from Gansu, came from the north, went to the Dadu River and attacked Dali in three ways. One of them took Yongsheng first and came from the north to win the first battle, so it was named "Beisheng". In the 24th year of Zhiyuan (1287), it was promoted to Beisheng House, which governed Beisheng, Yongning, Mian and other places on the east bank of Jinsha River. Gao is still the magistrate and is under the jurisdiction of Lijiang Road.

In the 15th year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1 382), the Southern Army moved into Yunnan, and local chieftains Gao, Zhang and Zi surrendered to the Ming Dynasty. At the beginning, it was under the control of Beisheng Government. In the sixteenth year (1.383), Beisheng House was changed to Beisheng House, and Zhang's official position was reduced to Beisheng House, and Gao's official position was Beisheng House, which was under the Heqing military and civilian government.
