Yan's life experience

The earliest is said to be the descendant of Zhuan Xu's great-grandson Lu Zhong. Lu Zhong had a son who begged for calligraphy and was enfeoffed in Yan (now northwest of Yanling, Henan). Later, it was convenient for him to work and stay locally. During the Spring and Autumn Period, Yan was occupied by the State of Zheng, and the residents took the State as their surname.

The other is that during the Warring States Period, there was a place in Chu called Yan (now the south of Hubei Province), and later some local people took Yan as their surname. On the historical stage, Yitai was originally a county magistrate, and its celebrities were: Doctor Chu in the Spring and Autumn Period, patriot Woods, and an imperial envoy of the Ming Dynasty. Contemporary distribution is mainly in Hubei and other provinces.
