According to the entry plan for capital investors announced by the Hong Kong government, to apply for investment and immigration to Hong Kong, three basic conditions must be met:

1. indicates that the applicant is over 18 years old, has financial ability, and has no bad records before and after application;

2. Its net assets in the two years prior to the application shall not be less than10 million Hong Kong dollars;

3. Invest at least HK$10 million in Hong Kong, and only invest in financial assets. This is the most important condition for investing in Hong Kong.

You can apply for the right of abode in Hong Kong if you have lived in Hong Kong continuously for more than 7 years. Applicants cannot mortgage their investments to banks or other institutions in any way within seven years, and withdraw funds to leave Hong Kong. If they violate this condition when investing in Hong Kong, they will be terminated by the Hong Kong government.
