Overview of Xiaoxian Expressway Project

The proposed project starts from Xiaochang section of Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway and ends at Hongjian Expressway. It is located in the central and eastern part of Hubei Province, with a north-south trend. From the hilly areas of Dahongshan and Dabie Mountains to the water network area of Jianghan Plain, it passes through Xiaochang, Anlu, Yunmeng, Yingcheng, Hanchuan, Xiantao and other counties and cities in Xiaogan City. The recommended route is about 180km long. The proposed project adopts the standard design of two-way four-lane expressway, with the designed driving speed of 100km/h and subgrade width of 26 m, and the construction is expected to start on 20 10!

Route direction of Xiaogan section

Xiaogan City starts from xiaohe town, Xiaochang County, connects Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in the north, ends at Hanjiang Bridge in Hanchuan City, crosses the Hanjiang River and enters Xiantao City, where it connects with Xiantao City Section of Wuhan City Circle Ring Expressway. The mileage is about 135.397 km, and the main control points of the route are: starting point (Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway), Dian Wei, Lidian, Daodian, Xiaoxiang Expressway intersection, Fuhe Bridge, Xinzha, Yingcheng and its mineral planning area, Michael Chen, Dong Zhong, Zhongzhou, Shenhu (Fuxing Development Zone) and ending point (Shenhu Hanjiang Bridge).

The whole line is planned to adopt the standard construction of two-lane and four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 100 km/h and a subgrade width of 26.0 meters. The total length of the main line is 135.397km, including 25,798.5m/8 extra-large bridges, 32 large bridges 10478m /32 medium and small bridges, 70m1seat, subgrade earthwork 12538+00000 m3. Route direction of Xiantao section

The project starts from the planned Hanjiang Bridge near Shenhu Lake, passes through Zhangjiawan in the west of Changchongkou Town, and then crosses National Highway 3 18, setting up Xiantao East Interchange, passing through Dujiatai Flood Diversion Road in the east of Tangjiawan, crossing Hanyi Expressway in the west of Xiliuhe Chemical Industry Park and Liujiatai in the south, setting up Xiantao Hub Interchange, and setting up Xiliuhe Interchange in the south to 1.5 km.
