Relevant policies for agricultural resettlement of landless farmers

If the local land is really unable to provide basic production and living conditions for the landless farmers, the people's government can organize them in a unified way and implement resettlement in different places on the premise of fully soliciting the opinions of the landless rural collective economic organizations and farmers.
