The earth is not just a human world. In fact, there are 1500 aliens living among us, and the Interstellar Immigration Bureau handles things related to aliens.

Edwards (will smith), an ordinary policeman in new york, joined this organization by chance and became a member of MIB, code name J. Since then, he has lost his name and identity and became the partner of special police K (tom lea Jones).

J's first response was the zerg invasion. Prince Rosberg of Akron was killed by the Zerg on the earth, and his "Galaxy"-the best subatomic energy source in the universe-was also missing. If the zerg finds out, it will bring a devastating blow to Akron. Akron issued an ultimatum, if the people of the earth can't hand over the "Galaxy" within an hour, they will destroy the earth.

For the safety of the earth, K and J had to step forward.
