Mainland residents applying for entry and exit permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao shall fill in the Application Form for Entry and Exit Certificates of China Citizens, answer relevant inquiries and submit the following materials:

1. Submit the photo of the applicant in accordance with the Guidelines for Photographing Entry and Exit Documents;

2. Submit the original identity certificate of the applicant (the applicant is under the age of 16, and the household registration book can be submitted; Soldiers should submit military identification documents and submit copies.
