Conditions for investment immigration in Hong Kong

In my humble opinion, application is ok, but approval is another matter. No matter where you have a criminal record, it is inevitable to deduct points, but it does not necessarily mean that you will be rejected. It's just that many people will never give priority to you when applying. This is your weakness.

To put it bluntly, I am afraid that immigrants will not work in Hong Kong. If they have a skill, at least they have the conditions to update themselves, and if they commit minor crimes, it is ok, but they have to make more efforts than others to make up for the shortcomings.
