Studying in Finland and preparing to work in Finland require a work permit.

Applicants who plan to work in Finland need to apply for a work permit (please refer to the website of the Finnish Immigration Bureau: m/default.asp for details). There are two ways to apply for a work permit: 1. The applicant's Finnish employer submits written materials of basic working terms to the employment agency (TM054), and the applicant submits an application for work permit to embassies and consulates in China, Finland (the Finnish employer submits a copy of the materials to the employment agency);

2. The Finnish employer of the applicant may submit an application to the employment agency.

The employment agency will make a preliminary ruling on accepting or rejecting the application (taking into account the needs of the labor market and the source of life); After obtaining the preliminary ruling of the employment agency, the Finnish Immigration Bureau will consider whether to meet other application requirements; If the preliminary ruling is negative, the Finnish Immigration Bureau will reject the application, but if the preliminary ruling is positive and there are basically no obstacles preventing the applicant from entering Finland to obtain a work permit, the Finnish Immigration Bureau will grant a work permit.

Applicants are required to submit the following materials:

Complete and signed application form in duplicate, and two recent standard passport photos (bareheaded front, light background, size 47mm? 36 mm);

The applicant's unit has submitted a copy of the materials to the employment agency (TM 054);
