Will the provincial nomination be rejected by the Federation?

Legal analysis: Generally speaking, Canada's immigration structure can be divided into federal projects and provincial government projects. Federal projects are directly audited by the Canadian Immigration Bureau IRCC. If they pass the audit, they can directly obtain maple leaf cards. However, the provincial government has no right to issue maple leaf cards, only provincial nomination letters, which means that applicants applying for provincial nomination projects need to go through the IRCC audit of the Immigration Bureau before they can finally get maple leaf cards.
