Alipay can't apply for Hong Kong and Macao Pass, but can only make an appointment online and do it offline.

The appointment steps are as follows:

1. Search for "Immigration Bureau" on the homepage of Alipay app, and click Enter;

2. Click "Authorized Login";

3. Click "OK";

4. Click "Agree";

5. Pick up the phone, blink and verify the face;

6. Click "OK" to bind successfully;

7. "Allow" to use the current location;

8. Click "Appointment";

9. Read the agreement and click "Read, start making an appointment";

10. Select account, registration area, registration hall, appointment date and appointment time, and click "Next";

3. Team Travel Participate in a team that travels to Hong Kong or Macao organized by a travel agency designated by the National Tourism Administration;

Hong Kong and Macao Pass Processing Information:

Article 10 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration

Citizens of China who travel between the Mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region, and citizens of China who travel between the Mainland and Taiwan Province Province, shall apply for a permit according to law and abide by the relevant provisions of this Law. Specific management measures shall be formulated by the State Council.

Article 11

When China citizens leave or enter the country, they shall submit their passports or other travel documents and other exit and entry documents to the entry-exit frontier inspection authorities, and shall go through the prescribed procedures before leaving or entering the country.

At qualified ports, the entry-exit frontier inspection organs shall provide special passages and other convenient measures for China citizens to enter and leave the country.
