Last summer, after a heavy rain, I took a train along the Baoji-Chengdu Railway to Lueyang, Hanzhong, a small town in southwestern Shaanxi, and visited several scenic spots in the county. —After Jiangshen Temple, Ziyun Palace, Commercial Street, and Old City Gate, I really wanted to go to places outside the county. After observing the buses running on the streets, there was one bound for "Lesu River" The bus attracted me, and I checked on the Internet. "Lesu River" is a town in the south of Lueyang County, 23 kilometers downstream of the Jialing River that passes through the county. That's it.

After resting for one night in Lueyang County, I got up early the next morning. At 7 a.m., I got on the early morning bus from the county town to Lesuhe Town, 23 kilometers away. The bus ticket only costs 5 yuan for the distance, which saves money. This is one of the reasons why I like to take the town bus.

After the bus left the city from Jialing Square in the south of Lueyang County, it plunged into the Jialing River Canyon, 23 kilometers, about half an hour's drive. It has been running along this stretch of Jialing River. On the highway, looking forward through the large glass front window of the bus, the highway is like a long winding snake, extending along the mountainside and close to the water into the endless distance.

After the rain, the morning fog in the mountains is dense. At first, the mountain gorges are filled with even mist. As the sky gets brighter, the mist gradually shrinks and condenses into a mass of mist wrapped around the mountainside. The mountain scenery It also gradually became clear.

When the driver saw that I kept taking pictures, he took the initiative to tell me that the road under our feet was a war preparation road built by the military region and was the shortest and fastest road to Sichuan. I don’t know if it’s true, but if you go south along this road, you can indeed reach Ningqiang, Hanzhong, and if you go further south from Ningqiang, you’ll reach Guangyuan, Sichuan.

The line along the Jialing River was a road connecting Shaanxi and Sichuan in ancient times. It was one of the ancient Shu roads, called Jialing Road or Chencang Road. I am walking on the Jialing Road now, but it is just a new road. Built roads instead of old roads.

The highway is on the east side of the Jialing River, and there is a transportation line on the cliff on the other side, which is the Baocheng Railway. From time to time, trains come out of the tunnel and briefly appear, which shows that to this day , this is still a traffic hub.

Lesuhe Town is the terminal station of this bus, and it passes many stops on the way. The first stop is the famous scenic spot in Lueyang - Lingyan Temple, which is both an ancient temple and a museum. There are many precious cliff stone carvings hidden there, including the famous stele "Ode to Yige" of the Eastern Han Dynasty, which is famous at home and abroad. In addition, it is an ancient temple built in a large natural cave on the cliff, which is very magical. But I didn't get off the bus here, but decided to come back and have a look on my return trip.

On both sides of the Jialing River, there are steep stone peaks with few traces of human habitation. But at intervals, there are There is a ditch extending to the side. At 7:30 in the morning, the car arrived at a slightly open area of ??the Jialing River Gorge, turned right, drove onto a bridge across the Jialing River, and drove to the other side of the river, arriving at Lesuhe Town.

Lesu River Town is named after the tributary of Jialing River - Lesu River, also known as Luosuo River. It originates from Wangba, Kang County, Longnan City, Gansu Province, and flows from northwest to southeast into Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province. Yang, passes through Guozhen, Wasegou, Shuangjiya and other places, and flows into the Jialing River in Lesuhe Town. The town at the confluence of the rivers was named Lesuhe Town. Baocheng Railway built a railway bridge across the river here and set up a fourth-class small station "Lesuhe Station".
