How to fill in the Canada Entry Card?

To study in Canada, as soon as we arrive in Toronto, the flight attendants will send us the entry registration form. The form has two sides, one in English and the other in French. Just fill in one side. I filled out the English version. A family only needs to fill out a form, and it is also a family unit when passing through customs and other places.
