Does administrative detention affect political review?

Administrative detention will not affect the children's political examination.

Political review refers to political review, which is generally the responsibility of grassroots party organizations. If the parents have been placed in administrative detention, the parents themselves will not leave criminal records, nor will they affect their children's examinations and civil service examinations. Criminal record generally refers to having received criminal punishment and having a criminal record in the public security bureau, which has an impact on children's political examination.

Administrative detention belongs to public security management punishment, which is different from criminal detention. The duration of administrative detention is generally between 1 day and 15 days. Criminal detention is a compulsory measure to deprive criminal suspects of their personal freedom according to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law.
