Eight, admission

The admission of new students is organized and implemented by the provincial admissions committee. The admission control scores are determined by the provincial admissions committee according to the enrollment plan and candidates' scores, respectively, according to the first batch of undergraduate courses, the second batch of undergraduate courses, the third batch of undergraduate courses and higher vocational colleges (specialties). The military, public security and other institutions approved in advance will implement two batches of undergraduate courses, and national defense students and undergraduates will implement the batch scores of ordinary undergraduate admission institutions. The enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities is carried out in accordance with the requirements of "the school is responsible for enrollment and supervision". Candidates who have passed the ideological and political moral examination, participated in the physical examination and reached the admission control score line of the same batch and met the requirements of file adjustment shall be determined by the school itself, and the school shall be responsible for explaining the unsuccessful candidates and handling other remaining problems. The Provincial Admissions Office puts the electronic files of candidates in the school, supervises the implementation of the national enrollment policy and enrollment plan, and corrects violations of the national enrollment policies and regulations.

When enrolling new students in colleges and universities, it is necessary to complete the work of shifting files, reading files and withdrawing files on time in accordance with the procedures stipulated by the Provincial Admissions Office, so as to ensure the normal turnover of candidates' electronic files and the smooth admission. For ordinary colleges and universities that fail to complete all the admission tasks within the time limit, the provincial admissions office will set the electronic files of candidates as pre-admission status according to the number of enrollment plans and admission rules of the school, and notify the school in writing and report the situation to the Ministry of Education.

Without the approval of the Ministry of Education, institutions of higher learning are not allowed to stipulate the admission ratio of male and female students without authorization, and are not allowed to restrict the foreign languages of candidates who apply for non-foreign language and literature majors.

Candidates who are physically disabled, can take care of themselves, can complete their reported professional studies, and meet the requirements of the college entrance examination, ordinary colleges and universities cannot refuse admission because of their disabilities.

Under any of the following circumstances, the fresh graduates of senior secondary education schools can add 10 to the total score of the college entrance examination, and whether or not to admit them is decided by ordinary colleges and universities.

When cities (prefectures) and counties (districts) enroll students, colleges and universities should strengthen the management of enrollment information, and shall not disclose the contents that need to be kept confidential during the admission process without authorization, and shall not provide candidates' information to any unit or individual. Nine, directional employment enrollment

Colleges and universities with targeted employment enrollment plans should strengthen propaganda work and announce to the public the employment destination of targeted students, scholarship setting and signing targeted employment agreements through enrollment regulations.

Directional employment enrollment is open to all candidates in the province, and it is admitted at the same time as non-directional employment enrollment. If the directional employment enrollment plan of ordinary colleges and universities cannot be completed on the score line of the school, the provincial admissions office can add points within 20 points above the score line of the same batch of admission control and below the score line of the school, and the school will choose the best candidates according to their directional wishes; If it is still not completed, it will be transferred to the local implementation of the non-directional employment plan.
