When you get married, you can start to transfer your identity.

You can apply for I-485 at the same time as I- 130, whether now or after I- 130 is approved. I-485 receipt will do. When applying for 485, I- 13 1(AP) re-entry permit and I-765 work card are also applied. After you get it, you can go back to work.

Citizens' spouses are not scheduled, and if they are lucky, they will get a temporary green card for half a year. Happy wedding.
