What is the procedure for Australia to apply for a 600 visa?

Visitor visa (Category 600) is applicable to those who plan to go to Australia for non-work activities.

Tourist visas (600 types) allow applicants to travel to Australia to engage in business activities or visit relatives and friends. This visa is temporary.

This visa category includes four series:

Travel series: going to Australia for vacation, leisure or visiting relatives and friends. If you apply for this series of visas in Australia, the applicant should be in Australia when the visa is approved. If you apply for this series of visas outside Australia, the applicant should be outside Australia when the visa is approved.

-student groups: student groups with a term of less than three months can apply for a series of tourist visas. Business visit series: a short business visit to Australia. This includes attending meetings, conducting business negotiations or talks. The applicant should be outside Australia when submitting the visa application and visa approval.

Sponsored family series: visiting relatives in Australia. The applicant must have a guarantor. The guarantor may need to pay a deposit. The applicant should be outside Australia when submitting the visa application and visa approval. Applicants cannot apply for other visas in Australia.

Approved tourist destination visa series: China citizens travel to Australia in groups. The applicant should be outside Australia when submitting the visa application and visa approval.

Please note:

Passengers with 600 tourist visas cannot work in Australia;

Visitors can enter and leave Australia once or more, and each stay does not exceed three months, six months or twelve months;

Applicants can specify the number of times they want to enter and leave the country and the length of stay in the application form, but the visa officer will issue visas according to the applicant's personal situation;

Under normal circumstances, a three-month visitor visa can meet the needs of most visitors to Australia. If you need to issue a visa for a longer stay, you need to meet certain conditions. For example, the applicant is an Australian citizen or a parent of a permanent resident and has submitted an immigration application, but the immigration visa has not been approved.
