To apply for meeting relatives (related by blood or marriage) and visitors (except sightseeing) in Japan, you must have the following materials.

1. When applying for a visa, unless otherwise specified, please submit one original of the following materials.

2. All materials must be within 3 months after issuance (if there is a validity period on the materials, it should be within the validity period).

3. Please ensure that the application can be made after 5 working days from the second day of the application date to the scheduled date of going to Japan (excluding Saturday, Sunday and museum closing day). (Note 2) When the inviter is a Japanese self-funded international student, please submit any information in the Certificate of Self-funded International Student, Scholarship Award Certificate or Admission Permit (recording the identity of self-funded international student, the payment period of scholarship, the amount of scholarship, the department of university study and the qualification of study) in addition to the project certificate recorded in the original ticket.
