Article 2 The term "incentive funds" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the incentive funds arranged by the municipal and district budgets to support the pilot work of the new rural cooperative credit cooperative, which are used as a whole for the start-up expenses or working fund subsidies of the pilot rural cooperatives.
