I. Accepting institutions
(1) Persons invited to Taiwan with the "Approval Document for Going to Taiwan" issued by the Taiwan Affairs Office may be accepted by the exit-entry administration organ of the public security organ where the work is located and where the delegation unit is located;

(eight) residence permit holders and other personnel who meet the conditions stipulated by the State Administration of Immigration to apply for a pass in a place where they do not live permanently, can be accepted by the exit-entry administration of the relevant local public security organs according to the corresponding regulations.
Second, the application conditions
Mainland residents can apply for travel permits to and from Taiwan separately according to their needs.
Mainland residents who apply for travel permits and endorsements to and from Taiwan at the same time, or apply for endorsements separately with valid travel permits to and from Taiwan, must meet the corresponding conditions according to different reasons:
(1) Group Tour: Take part in a group tour to Taiwan Province organized by a travel agency designated by the National Tourism Administration and qualified to travel to Taiwan.
(2) Individual Tour: permanent residents who are open to individual tour cities in Taiwan Province Province, or non-permanent residents who meet the requirements stipulated by the National Immigration Bureau, apply for individual tour in Taiwan Province Province.

(6) Business: With the approval of the Taiwan Affairs Office, go to Taiwan Province Province for business activities such as investigation, meeting, negotiation, performance and training, and participate in or visit exhibitions and other economic and trade exchange activities.
(7) Studying: High school graduates who have participated in this year's unified national entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in provinces approved by the Ministry of Education to open mainland students to study in Taiwan, or recent undergraduate or master graduates who have graduated from mainland universities with academic qualifications recognized by the competent authorities of Taiwan Province Province.
(8) Crew service: performing cross-strait shipping tasks.
(9) Others: going to Taiwan Province Province for medical treatment, visiting relatives and friends, handling property, attending funerals, lawsuits, engaging in fishery services, etc.
Third, the application materials
(1) Mainland residents applying for a travel permit to and from Taiwan shall fill in an application form, answer relevant inquiries, and submit the following materials as required:
1. Submit the applicant's photo in accordance with the Guidelines for Photographing Entry and Exit Documents.
2. Submit the original ID card of the applicant. /kloc-those under the age of 0/6 who have not applied for a resident identity card may submit a household registration book, and PLA soldiers and the People's Armed Police may submit military identity certificates (military officer's card, soldier's card or police officer's card).
3. Retain or verify fingerprint information as required.
4. 5. (3) Application materials related to the application.
1. Individuals or groups traveling to Taiwan are exempted from submitting the supporting materials corresponding to the application; If the leader of a tour group of mainland residents visiting Taiwan applies for multiple endorsements for group tours to Taiwan, he shall submit an official letter issued by the local tour group and the original tour guide card to Taiwan for inspection.

4. If invited to Taiwan, submit the original "Approval Document for Going to Taiwan" issued by the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the State Council or its authorized local Taiwan Province Affairs Office, or a copy confirmed by the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government.
5. To engage in business activities in Taiwan Province, submit the original Letter of Approval for the Establishment of Projects in Taiwan issued by the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the State Council or its authorized local Taiwan Province Affairs Office, or a copy confirmed by the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government.
6. To study in Taiwan, submit the certificate of studying in Taiwan issued by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the province that is open to studying in Taiwan.
7. To carry out the task of direct cross-strait flights, submit the original "Approval Document for Going to Taiwan" issued by the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the State Council or its authorized local Taiwan Province Affairs Office, or a copy confirmed by the Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government.
8. For those who go to Taiwan to engage in the labor service of ocean-going fishing boat crew, submit the original certificate letter issued by Taiwan Province ocean-going fishing boat crew labor cooperation enterprise.
9. If you go to Taiwan for medical treatment, funeral service, handling property, litigation and other private affairs, submit the original certificate of permission to go to Taiwan for inspection.
(4) Submit and verify fingerprint information.
To apply for a travel permit to and from Taiwan, the applicant shall submit or verify the fingerprint information in person at the accepting institution. The specific provisions are as follows:

(a) 16 years of age to apply for a pass to and from Taiwan, the guardian or ward should entrust others to accompany the application.
