What are the requirements for foreigners to come to Beijing Daxing Changziying School?

According to the Opinions of Beijing Municipal Education Commission on Admission of Compulsory Education in 20 15 years, foreigners coming to Zhangziying Town, Daxing District, Beijing need to meet the following conditions:

1. The approval letter for the children of Taiwan compatriots issued by the district and county education committees for school-age children and adolescents who are not registered in this city, the letter of introduction for the children of postdoctoral researchers and the letter of arrival of their fathers (or mothers) issued by the national postdoctoral management department, the certificate of dependents and active servicemen issued by the political department at the army division (brigade) level, and the certificate of overseas Chinese children coming to Beijing for compulsory education issued by the overseas Chinese affairs departments at the district and county levels.

2. School-age children and adolescents who are not registered in this Municipality need to receive compulsory education in this Municipality because their parents or other legal guardians work or live in this Municipality. Their parents or other legal guardians hold their employment certificate in Beijing, residence certificate of their actual residence in Beijing, residence booklet, Beijing temporary residence permit, and the certificate issued by the neighborhood office or township people's government where their household registration is located that they do not have guardianship conditions in the local area, and go to the neighborhood office or township people's government for examination. After passing the examination, they will participate in the information collection of the school-age population and go to their residence. If it is difficult for the school to accept it, it can apply for the coordination of the district and county education committees where the residence is located. The district and county governments shall, according to the requirements of the audit guidance for non-Beijing registered school-age children and adolescents to receive compulsory education certification materials, formulate and publish the implementation rules in light of the actual situation. All districts and counties should establish a joint audit mechanism for non-local registered school-age children and adolescents to receive compulsory education certificates.
