At the same time, the bill also limits the age and salary requirements of skilled workers: people over 45 need not only submit work contracts, but also meet the minimum monthly income of 3,685 euros. 2. The scope of "professionals" allowed to enter Germany is relaxed.

A significant difference between the new law and the current regulations is that the labor market is mainly open to people with college education or above, and extended to all qualified professional and technical personnel who can obtain work contracts.

The new law introduces the concept of "professional talents", including not only those with university education, but also those with formal vocational and technical training.
