Village representatives discuss whether it is illegal to sell collective cultivated land.

This is because of three points:

1。 Village representatives have the right to exchange views on the disposal of collective assets (even villagers can, which is one of the basic rights granted to citizens by the Constitution).

2。 At present, the state allows land use rights to be transferred by transaction. Therefore, it is legal to discuss the transfer of land use rights, including transactions.

3。 If the negotiation is about the transfer (sale) of property rights, the villagers' meeting will be held in accordance with the law during the implementation, and the transaction is legal with the approval of the relevant government departments such as the Land and Resources Bureau.
