Today I will share with you how to write a good book.
First of all, let me introduce several basic steps of writing materials.

For example:

As an applicant, the focus of the evaluation materials is "R&D and innovation", so the writer's main writing content is to express these four words.
The industrialization project issued by the Provincial Economic and Information Committee is supported by the direction encouraged by this series of projects, and has certain fixed assets investment and transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements. The main point of writing falls on the word "Hua". What is transformation? Transformation is no longer a scientific and technological achievement, but an industrial chain, which expresses the dual contents of science and technology and industrial investment.

Second, the collation and analysis of project data.
Data sorting is to sort out a pile of basic enterprise data into materials that meet the requirements of project declaration. The purpose of sorting out the project data is to have a general understanding of the integrity of the data in a short time and provide support for writing technical chapters and data.
The purpose of this is to let you know the general direction of the materials of the project for the first time, and judge whether it is necessary to expand the materials according to the basic materials provided by the enterprise. If the materials provided by the enterprise are sufficient, then we only need to make a summary analysis. If the material is not enough, do the grafting of the material, how to graft. Thirdly, the subtitle of WORD document is finalized.
Under normal circumstances, the project declaration issued by the state has no subtitle content, only the direction of the headline. We need to list several suitable subheadings through the title, and write them out with subheadings, which is to show the content in an orderly way.

I generally divided into:

The determination of the subtitle can express the words you need to express more clearly for you. As for how to express it by heart, each subtitle has different expressions, including typesetting, graphics and text, depth and so on. Secondly, form good writing habits.
(1) On the importance of typesetting, the typesetting quality of an article directly affects the appreciation of materials, just like the Chinese composition in the college entrance examination, whether your handwriting is neat or not will affect the score of the article. Typesetting recommendation: "Imitation Song No.4, 1.5 times line spacing; Imitation of Song Primary Four, 1 double row spacing; Song No.4, 1.5 times row spacing ",why is it 1.5 times row spacing, or 1 times row spacing? Can you trim it? In fact, there is almost no difference between 1.5 times line spacing and the fixed value of 28 points, but when you insert a picture in embedded format, you will find that the fixed value will make the picture incomplete, while the double-spaced format can do it. Many people are used to typing a space with the Enter key, and then setting the picture above or below the text can also realize the complete display of the picture. But once the article is deleted or added, the pictures will have different formats, especially when the page numbers are changed.
(2) The importance of paper file structure chart. Beginners must be proficient in using document structure chart, not simply editing WORD, but editing each headline into a first-level directory, editing each subtitle into a second-level directory, and so on, generally marking it as a third-level directory for directory generation and editing query. When you want to quickly switch to the corresponding chapter modification, the document structure diagram can accurately find the modification area for you.
(3) Regarding the importance of shortcut keys, the basic shortcut keys of documents are all composed of Ctrl+ one letter, such as C, V, Z, F, S, etc. , especially the s key, which is the file saving key. My working habit of documents tells me that pressing S every 5 minutes on average, in order to prevent the document from crashing due to errors and to save the content you deal with in time, domestic WPS has its own archive. (4) Regarding the importance of mixing EXCEL and PPT, in the workplace, it is said that if you master one of the three tools of WORD, EXCEL and PPT, you can go all over the world. To be familiar with the operation of these three tools, the main operation of project application is WORD, but with the icon of EXCEL, it can add color to the market, PPT can make your technical scheme more eye-catching and colorful, and flexible use of the interactive functions of the three tools can bring you more colorful articles. Finally, talk about the logic, hierarchy and professionalism of material writing.
Whether a product is done well depends on its appearance and accuracy, and whether an article is written well depends on its logic, hierarchy and professionalism.
Many beginners, after writing the materials, don't know how good they are. Sometimes, an experienced writer doesn't know how well he has written after finishing writing the materials.
