Because Vietnam is in a poverty-stricken area, many Vietnamese are reckless in order to make money. Because many young people can't find a good job in China and have no money to make a living, traffickers can easily deceive these young people and tell them that wages in other countries are high, jobs are easy and there is not so much pressure. These young people are easily fooled by traffickers and finally sold to other countries.

In this case, Vietnam did not educate and supervise the relevant personnel, and no one explained to them how to prevent fraud, so more and more people were deceived. Because the gap between the rich and the poor in Vietnam is too big, more than half of the places are poor and can't eat, so they dare to do anything to make money. Therefore, for this kind of thing, Vietnamese leaders are incompetent and simply can't control it.

However, in some places in Vietnam, the police colluded with traffickers, and the traffickers gave money to the police. The police pretended that this had never happened and nobody cared about the trafficked population. The police and traffickers protect each other and work in collusion for each other's interests. Most of the deceived people are deceived because they are poor at home and hear that there are good opportunities outside, and they are deceived to go abroad to let them do all kinds of coolies and make money for them. It is because too many people don't know this knowledge, and no one tells them how not to be cheated, which gives traffickers an opportunity and more and more people are cheated, so human trafficking in Vietnam has been increasing.
